I didn't start my fitness journey until 45-and that's exactly why I understand what your body is going through.
After a 32 year career as a 911 Emergency Communication Supervisor, I stepped into a career helping women navigate perimenopause and menopause with strength, confidence, and a smarter approach to long-term health.
I'm a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and menopause coaching specialist focused on helping women build strength, protect bone density, preserve muscle, and feel in control of their bodies again.
After beginning strength training at 45, I later earned my IFBB Pro card in 2019 and competed professionally through 2024.
But more importantly - I've lived it.
